0001284: All commands get unduly enable while cleaning if stop clicked

Description

All commands get unduly enable while cleaning if stop clicked.
Stop is greyed while scanning but enabled while cleaning. Clicking on stop do NOT stop current operation but enables all command, including scan, clean, etc...
