Description | I have got a pc with a SDD, configured as drive C and a harddisk with partitions D,E. and Windows 10 64 bit. When I start Hdd expert it shows: No Drive detected. | ||||

Hi RĂ¼diger, can you please provide further details of context? Is your SDD attached via PCIe or SATA? Is your hard disk internal or external attached? If external via which physical interface bus (USB, eSATA, SCSI, ...)? I've a notebook with internal PCIe SDD and internal SATA hard disk. Both are recognized with the current version (v1.18.3.42) of HDDExpert. Only when I attach an external USB device, Windows does recognize it while HDDExpert still ignores it. Closing and restarting HDDExpert doesn't help neither with the current version. |
