"The second number in a version (for example, the "6" in 2.6.11) denotes whether a GIMP release is stable or unstable. An odd number means an unstable version and an even number means a stable version." Sumo link

Opera Browser v12.0.xxxx are betas, latest stable is 11.62 Sumo link.

Also, is there a way to joint some exe files? Because mkvinfo, mkvmerge, mkvpropedit, mkvextract and mmg are all the parts of MKVtoolNix and share the same version number in the same release, listing only one of them is good enough in my opinion. If that is possible, mmg should be the main exe.
Independently from the answer to the above mentioned, mmg should be renamed to Matroska Merge GUI or mkvmerge GUI.

Opera : Fixed
Merge : Simply "ignore" subprojects
Rename : Should be proposed to project developper

Thanks !

Note that MPC-HC is somewhat special here, as its betas are widely used, being considered and evaluated stable enough.
Similar thing can be said about 7-zip.
