|Summary||0005240: Have the display remain at the top when a program is CHECKed and is evaluated as up-to-date.|
|Description||When you "check" a program marked as "has an update," if the program is up-to-date, the green check mark is added and the program is moved to its alphabetical position, often below the current display window, and the display scrolls down to that program. |
You then have to scroll back to the top to handle any remaining programs that have an update.
I'd like the display remain at the top when a program is CHECKed and is evaluated as up-to-date.
If there are people who like the current method, I'd be okay with a toggle to turn it on or off.
|Steps To Reproduce||Highlight a program that's alphabetically below the last item in the current display.|
Get the update, if necessary.
Click to Check if the program is up-to-date.
If it is up-to-date, after the check is done, a green check will be added to beginning of the line.
The display will then scroll down to the bottom where the program has been inserted according to its alphabetical location.
|Additional Information||I may be in the minority for this feature. If so, and you still want to add it, I'd be okay this was a Setup-configurable option to toggle on/off.|
