Summary0005267: Support SHA1 & SHA256 dual signing in MassCert
DescriptionIt could be interesting to add dual signing file with SHA1 & SHA256.

Maybe even allow to use different timestamping servers, one for SHA1, example: http://timestamp.comodoca.com/rfc3161 and other for SHA2, example: http://timestamp.comodoca.com/?td=sha256
