Opera

Post by TM123 »

I have the old 'real' Opera & the Webkit installed on my computer.
If I say that version 12 should be ignored then the webkit will be ignored too.

Is there any way that version 12 will be shown as ok and the version 50+ will be shown with the correct update result?

I know that I could exclude the Opera 12 folder. But then the software is not listed anymore (same as if it would be ignored).

I would like that version 12 will skip all future updates (so it stays green).
And that version 50+ will show me whether there is an update or not.
Is that possible?

Not yet. Would you please add a Mantis request for "skip all future updates" functions ?

I guess that in your database you don't differ between version 12 & 50+.
If you don't differ then it wouldn't help ion this case. I also wouldn't see future updates for version 50+. Correct?

Exactly, both are identified as same product.
