sumo reports that the current version of iobit uninstaller is 9.1.0.9
When you go to their website https://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php and click on free download, it takes you to a 9.1.0.8 cnet download page. Inside 9.1.0.8, its "check for updates" option says that there are no updates available.
As well, when I google iobit uninstaller 9.1.0.9, nearly all the links that show up are for obviously illegitimate "cracking" sites (and the others are youtube vids that'll tell you to use those sites).
