Yes, the sequence is to run [ Simulate ] first to see what's to be deleted, then click [ Clean ] to go ahead.

There is no list of files displayed, only a total megabytes to be cleaned, then clicking [ Clean ] runs and cleans, and displays the megabytes cleaned.

I reverted to KCleaner v3.7.0.107, and it shows the list of files to be deleted fine.

The only difference between KCleaner v3.8 and v3.7 is that v3.8 does not show a list of files, that panel stays blank, and in v3.7 the file list panel populates and shows the files proposed for deletion, otherwise, both versions behave the same.

DirectX Version 12.0

Wait, what?

6-bit color depth?

I just went to Intel to update the drivers, and now the file list in KCleaner v3.8 is -b-a-a-a-a-c-k- ! ! !

Never mind.

The Intel install is taking forever, the dots are moving so slow, and it still says 6-bit in Windows Settings, perhaps it will show 8-bits or more when I reboot, but I'll post this and return with any news.

Idiopathic, I have no idea what was going wrong or what "fixed" it, other than the report above.
