Not cleaning browser cache files

I am using Windows 7 Home edition.

I have noticed KCleaner doesn't delete browser cache files. I also use CCleaner, and it still finds cache files that KCleaner left behind. First, here are my KCleaner settings:

KCleaner caches.JPG (54.62 KiB) Viewed 76521 times

After running KCleaner, CCleaner finds these files:

CCleaner cleans everything KCleaner forgets though. (Interestingly, after five months, CCleaner still hasn't been updated to clean Google Earth cache files! KCleaner gets them.)

I have added some details to the bug report (https://www.kcsoftwares.com/bugs/view.php?id=4732) showing the exact locations of files KCleaner is not reaching. That should save some time running around for the technician fixing the problem.

After checking again today, it seems that KCleaner doesn't clean anything at all anymore from the Firefox cache. (I can't post anything anymore in the bug report. https://www.kcsoftwares.com/bugs/view.php?id=4732) This is what's left over, according to CCleaner, after running KCleaner.

Was this issue ever fixed? It seems that KCleaner is still not cleaning files out of Firefox, although CCleaner catches them. The attached screenshots show which folders are being missed.

Oops. I can't add the last screenshot. The last folder is
C:\ --> Users --> User --> AppData --> Local --> Mozilla --> Firefox --> Profiles --> User --> startupCache.

Not fixed but easy to fix following your add info. I'll work on this asap.
