Hosting Issues, temporary blacklisted?

Hi, i have a 4k mail list, but even sending 1 mail per minute at fisrt ok, but then to spam, and then even not arrive to spam... so i think i would like to have a configuration like 300 mails per/day. is that posible? i do not know what to do, i accept recomendations sorry my english is ultra basic.

Is everything fine for smaller lists ?
Which version are you using ?
