Win8 and Videoinspector?

Hello!

I use Videoinspector under Win8 x64.
The program has a feature:
Windows Shell Integration (Drag'n'Drop and Context menu)

On my PC this feature isn't work. Naturally I set up the necessary option-and happens nothing.
I don't see any Videoinspector related option in the local menu of an avi file.

How can I use this feature?

What if you launch VideoInspector as administrator ?

yes i`m all time administrator ( only user on this PC, privat PC) forget to say this is windows 7 ,64bit.
