Data from RAMExpert reliable?

Hi,

I used RAMExpert for the first time. Surprise: It shows for my notebook 4 RAM slots, of which one is used.

Problem: The notebook only has two RAM slots physically (Samsung RF 511).

So I wonder what happened there. Can onyone help?

It's as reliable as Windows as it relies on Windows API to retrieve the details.
We know that some system report inconsistent data... and we're working on a more reliable detection method.
