UTF-8 problem

Hello,

I'm using Audiograil since many years but i recently had some Japanese songs to tag, and none of them were allowed by the software.
I think the character coding is not UTF-8 and does not accept Japanese characters.

Can you add this fonctionnality in a new version ?
Let me know if you need examples or more informations.

UTF-8 is always a little bit tricky especially with IU is to be taken into account... but i'll try !
