Dutch translation

Hi,

I have noticed that the Dutch translation for SUMO is somewhat outdated.
It is several versions behind and some strings are not translated.
As I am a longtime satisfied user of SUMO, I would like to update the Dutch translation.
And for future versions/translations I am available to.
Please send me the file(s) for translation.
